Since 2018, Phenomenal She has been committed to uplifting and empowering young women of color through mentorship, encouragement, and intentional community support. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to build confidence in education, social awareness, and self-esteem for BIPOC girls and young women ages 12–24.

For the past eight years, we have walked alongside hundreds of young women, helping them dream boldly, lead confidently, and step into their brilliance. This transformative work has only been possible because of the generous support of grantors, sponsors, and community champions like you.
