Sharde Bullard, board member

Sharde is a Philadelphia native who later relocated to Federal Way, Washington. As a teenager, she discovered a passion for dance as a way to navigate a new environment, ultimately recognizing the powerful role that structure, leadership, and guidance can play in shaping confidence and identity.

This realization led her to serve as a dance coach at Illahee Middle School for three years. When the program was discontinued, Sharde sought new ways to continue giving back, which led to her co-founding Phenomenal She.

With over 10 years of experience in marketing at a national level, Sharde brings a strategic and storytelling lens to her work as a Marketing & Brand Strategist. She is also the co-owner of The Trap Lab Studio, a community-driven fitness space rooted in empowerment, movement, and self-expression.

Sharde is committed to empowering young women to embrace who they are, build confidence from within, and celebrate the qualities that make them unique. She believes in betting on yourself, trusting your voice, and creating opportunities where none exist.

She lives by the words of Maya Angelou: “If you are always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be.” In honor of her father, mother, and brother, Sharde continues her mission to create lasting impact within her community.
