Grace Olayinka, board member

Grace is a first-generation Nigerian-American and California native whose work reflects a deep commitment to advocacy, mentorship, and community impact. A graduate of Howard University and Drake University Law School, she is the founder of a private law practice specializing in family law, where she compassionately guides clients through some of life’s most personal and complex legal challenges.

Beyond her legal career, Grace is a dedicated educator and mentor. She serves as the Head Coach of both the Speech and Debate team and the Mock Trial team at University Prep High School in Seattle, where she empowers students to find their voices, sharpen their critical thinking, and excel in advocacy.  Grace proudly led the University Prep Mock Trial team to victory as the 2026 Washingston State Champions. 

Grace is also honored to hold the title of Ms. Black Washington 2026, using her platform to uplift girls and women, celebrate culture, and champion opportunities for the next generation. Whether in the courtroom, the classroom, or the community, Grace leads with purpose, passion, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
